1. Unwavering Faith

A true devotee has steadfast belief in their chosen deity, spiritual guide, or divine principle, even during challenges or hardships. Their faith remains unshaken by doubts or external circumstances.

2. Humility

They approach life with a humble attitude, acknowledging their dependence on a higher power. They do not seek recognition for their devotion and act selflessly.

3. Selfless Love

Their devotion is marked by unconditional love for the divine, expressed through acts of kindness, service, and compassion towards others.

4. Discipline in Practice

भगवान सदा मंगल करें, यह भक्त का विश्वास।

सुख मिले या दुःख मिले, यही कहे बारंबार॥


जो भी दे वह कृपा माने, नहीं करे परिहास,

श्रद्धा-भक्ति रखे दृढ़, करे सच्चा उपवास॥


चाहे फूल बिछें पथ में, या आए कंटक-त्रास,

हर हाल में देखे वही, ईश्वर का प्रकाश॥


नयन भले नम हो कभी, पर मन न हो निराश,

क्योंकि हर एक अनुभव में, होती प्रभु की आश॥


सत्य, धर्म, सहनशीलता — यही हो जीवन-श्वास,

ऐसा जो मन बन सके, वही हो सच्चा दास॥
